Terms of Service
General terms for using the WEBZAZA website and starting a project.
Effective date: August 14, 2026
1. About these terms
These website terms govern your use of webzaza.com. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement. If you engage WEBZAZA, the signed project documents control the work, scope, fees, ownership, timelines and acceptance terms.
2. Website content
We make reasonable efforts to keep this website useful and current, but service descriptions, examples and general guidance are not a guarantee of a particular result. Any case-study result is specific to the project and circumstances described. You should obtain advice appropriate to your business before relying on website content.
3. Enquiries
Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity or constitute acceptance of an offer. We may contact you to understand your requirements. A project begins only when both parties accept the applicable written terms.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information or use the website for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, WEBZAZA owns or is licensed to use the website’s text, design, branding, code and media. You may view the website for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, adapt, publish or commercially reuse its materials without written permission. Rights in client deliverables are governed by the signed project agreement.
6. Third-party services
The website may link to or use third-party services such as email, WhatsApp, hosting, analytics and social platforms. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WEBZAZA is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on general website content or third-party availability. Signed project agreements may contain separate liability terms.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Questions about these terms should be sent to hello@webzaza.com. Any specific jurisdiction or dispute terms for a paid engagement will be stated in its signed agreement.
